What do I do now that I have purchased Stryv products?
Once you’ve bought your Stryv products, you will have access to your account which you can access by logging in and selecting the main menu button “My Stryv” in the top menu of the webpage. If you have bought multiple products then you will see a drop down to the different homepage of those products as you hover over ‘My Stryv”. You will also receive a link in your welcome email that will take you to these pages.
These pages are where you can download the different tools such as the D.R.E.A.M.S Dashboard or start watching and using the other training products and tools.
I've purchased a Stryv membership but I haven't received any login details
Thank you for purchasing our product! All purchases receive a welcome email containing login details.
If you have not received them you can follow our 4 step process outlined in this article to ensure you get them immediately.
How can I reset my password?
Below the login form on this page is a “Forgot password” link. Click this link. Enter your email address and select “Request password reset”.
You will then receive an email with information on how to reset your password. If this email doesn’t come to your inbox, please check your spam.
